This application requests an approximate 328% expansion of the sanctuary, from 822-seats to 2,700 seats as well as an additional 10,000 square foot building and 608 additional parking spaces, some of which are proposed for off-site locations such as the Tackett's Mill commuter lot. No contribution to Fire & Rescue is proposed, although the nearest fire station is already operating at 225% of capacity. No traffic impact analysis has been completed to assess impacts to surrounding communities. One vehicular access point at Minnieville Road and Colby Drive is proposed, with two additional access points on Telegraph Road. Reductions to required buffers have been requested. The application makes no effort to minimize impacts from lights in the parking lots and requests a digital electronic message sign with scrolling text (size unknown).
