The Occoquan District Land Use Committee acts in an advisory capacity to the Occoquan District Supervisor Michael C. May and Planning Commissioner Kim Hosen. Our committee is made up of residents who volunteer their time and expertise to review and make recommendations for development applications and other opportunities to create a bright future for the Occoquan District.
Our meetings are held on the third Monday of every month at the McCoart Government Center. All meetings are open to the public. We hope you can attend one of our meetings soon!
In an effort to provide residents a better understanding of the land use process in our County and District, we have developed a tutorial of information. Click here to download Land Use Fundamentals for the Occoquan Resident.
